The Engineering Club members' 'show-and-tell of' ideas to tackle climate change.

Engineers have acknowledged the climate crisis and declared they will do something about it: so what happens next to change the 'business as usual' activity of engineering? Engineering Club members share their ideas in a rapid fire format and the audience can respond to these and test their own.
Topics include: regenerative design, resource efficiency, alternative materials, calculating targets, more efficient structures, 'what we made during the climate strike', the value of refurb, influencing clients, extreme for lean.
Speakers include:
Chris Wise - Expedition
Mike Cook - Buro Happold
Laura Gaskell & Graham Haworth - Haworth Tompkins
Susan Mantle & Tom Steel - Heyne Tillett Steel
Tim Lucas - Price and Myers
Ed Harris-Cooper & Riccardo Zara - Ramboll
Geoff Morrow - Structure Mode
Scott Boote - Webb Yates Engineers
Mark Whitby - Whitby Wood
